As an organisation that has always looked to promote from within, we rely heavily on training and development of our most prized asset - our staff. We use a combination of in-house and external training and also a combination of classroom based and on-the-job training. Our people receive training on a variety of disciplines and this can also involve further development by sending our staff to our India office in the case of design and development skills. We encourage people that want to try different areas of work as we believe that individuals that demonstrate a passion to learn and develop and that show an aptitude, should be given every possible chance to pursue their dream. We regularly ask our team members in the UK to go to our other international offices and vice versa - our staff at our India, Australia and New Zealand offices come and spend some time at our UK office in order to gain a broader understanding of our business and challenges.
Almost every management role in our company has been filled from within and furthermore, we have also seen people come in from a customer service role make their way into marketing and other roles such as systems design. We believe that if you have the fundamentals of intelligence, a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude, you can learn and do anything going forward.
